This paper reports on the final stages of the MaTIAS project. A functional prototype of the multilingual notification tool was deployed across seven Belgian reception centres, accompanied by training and technical support. Feedback was gathered through interviews and surveys. Two rounds of machine translation evaluation revealed considerable differences in quality across languages.
