    <abstract>This study attempts to integrate Esperanto into the research of dependency distance, based on a small-scale multi-lingual parallel corpus of Manifesto de Prago, annotated with UD relations, to contribute to the development of research on Esperanto as a natural language. The mean dependency distance and the distribution of dependency distances of Esperanto are not significantly different from the majority of the 21 languages in the corpus, thus partially supporting the claim that Esperanto is no less natural than other natural languages.</abstract>
