This standard is being prepared by the Technical Committee ISO/TC 37 (Terminology and Other Language Resources), Subcommittee SC 4 (Language Resource Management), in collaboration with the European eContent Project “LIRICS” (Linguistic Infrastructure for Interoperable Resources and Systems).</abstract>
