When will my correction be processed?

When a correction is submitted, it may take some time for staff to process it:

• Metadata corrections to a paper or author page are processed every 1–2 weeks. Please allow additional time in peak periods (around ARR deadlines and major conferences).
• PDF corrections are processed monthly, typically at the end of the month. The PDF will be updated immediately, but the version buttons will not appear until the monthly corrections batch is merged.

You can check the status of your request as follows:

• When a request is reviewed and accepted, we will add the label approved to the issue.
• When a request has been processed (changes merged), we will add the label pending to the issue.
