While Reinforcement Learning (RL) effectively incentivizes reasoning in Large Language Models, current pipelines are hindered by training instability and rapid entropy collapse. These limitations often stem from "Rollout Silencing" and low-quality gradient signals in standard sampling procedures. In this work, we propose a robust, data-centric framework to stabilize RL training. We first introduce Potential-Aware Query Mining (PAQM), which filters data dynamically to focus on the "Distillation Zone"—samples with high potential for capability elicitation. Furthermore, we present Hybrid Stratified Replay (HSR), a novel mechanism that restructures batches by stratifying rollouts based on Path Entropy, a rollout-level confidence proxy, and outcome reward. Within each optimization step, HSR reuses current-policy "Stability Anchors" and "Hard Negatives" to construct high-contrast optimization groups, then clears its buffers before the next step. This approach mitigates entropy collapse while improving the utilization of learning signals under limited compute. Our method outperforms strong baselines on complex reasoning tasks, offering a principled solution for stable and efficient RL fine-tuning.

We introduce Video-DeepResearch (Video-DR), extending multimodal agents from static images to continuous video streams, a setting that demands dense spatiotemporal grounding coupled with open-web exploration. Preliminary evaluations reveal two critical bottlenecks in current models: (1) modality bias, where agents bypass visual tools in favor of textual search, and (2) parametric knowledge leakage, where models rely on internal memory rather than genuine tool-augmented execution. To address these challenges, we propose Video-DeepResearch, featuring a decoupled perception-exploration pipeline with stage-wise tool unlocking that compels exhaustive cross-frame visual grounding prior to web retrieval. Our framework adopts a two-stage training recipe—supervised fine-tuning followed by Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO)—enabling autonomous exploration that breaks the imitation-learning ceiling. Furthermore, we curate VideoDR-Bench, a human-AI collaborative benchmark comprising 200 complex, multi-hop VQA instances. Empirical results demonstrate that our Video-DeepResearch-35B-A3B establishes a new state-of-the-art of 64.0% average accuracy, surpassing proprietary Claude-4.5-Sonnet (59.0%) by 5.0 points and significantly outperforming GPT-5 (52.5%) and Gemini 2.5 Pro (57.5%). The 30B-A3B variant achieves 59.3%, competitive with Claude-4.5-Sonnet and demonstrating the effectiveness of our training paradigm even at compact scale.

Agentic Reinforcement Learning (Agentic RL) has achieved notable success in enabling agents to perform complex reasoning and tool use. However, most methods still relies on sparse outcome-based reward for training. Such feedback fails to differentiate intermediate reasoning quality, leading to suboptimal training results. In this paper, we introduce Agent Reasoning Reward Model (Agent-RRM), a multi-faceted reward model that produces structured feedback for agentic trajectories, including (1) an explicit reasoning trace , (2) a focused critique that provides refinement guidance by highlighting reasoning flaws, and (3) an overall score that evaluates process performance. Leveraging these signals, we systematically investigate three integration strategies: Reagent-C (text-augmented refinement), Reagent-R (reward-augmented guidance), and Reagent-U (unified feedback integration). Extensive evaluations across 12 diverse benchmarks demonstrate that Reagent-U yields substantial performance leaps, achieving 43.7% on GAIA and 46.2% on WebWalkerQA, validating the effectiveness of our reasoning reward model and training schemes. Code, models, and datasets will be released to facilitate future research.

Discrete Diffusion Language Models have emerged as a compelling paradigm for unified multimodal generation, yet their deployment is hindered by high inference latency arising from iterative decoding. Existing acceleration strategies often require expensive re-training or fail to leverage the 2D spatial redundancy inherent in visual data. To address this, we propose Locality-Aware Dynamic Rescue (LADR), a training-free method that expedites inference by exploiting the spatial Markov property of images. LADR prioritizes the recovery of tokens at the “generation frontier”, regions spatially adjacent to observed pixels, thereby maximizing information gain. Specifically, our method integrates morphological neighbor identification to locate candidate tokens, employs a risk-bounded filtering mechanism to prevent error propagation, and utilizes manifold-consistent inverse scheduling to align the diffusion trajectory with the accelerated mask density. Extensive experiments on four text-to-image generation benchmarks demonstrate that our LADR achieves an approximate 4 × speedup over standard baselines. Remarkably, it maintains or even enhances generative fidelity, particularly in spatial reasoning tasks, offering a state-of-the-art trade-off between efficiency and quality.
